• A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction.

Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
• All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.
• Website projects with no activity for more than 60 days will be deactivated and resources would be allocated to other project. In case of re-activation, client needs to pay 50% of the project amount plus handling fee to get the resources re-allocated towards the project.

Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence and webdesigningpro will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. • Note: Unique web studio hold all the rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Unique web studio. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
• Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered under our 100% money back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a Package Deal of any kind, they cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples of such services are as follows:

Unique web studio will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer's end. Such services may include but not limited to:
• Website Deployment
• Unique web studio will deploy the website for the customer on A Hosting server provided by us.
• Hosting Service provided by Unique web studio is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. It is acquired from a Third Party Service provider
• A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
• In the event the website is hosted on third party webserver purchased by the customer, Unique web studio Hub will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues.
• There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between client and Unique web studio in terms of technical assistance or service outage, unless purchased separately as an ongoing maintenance service.
• Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)
• Unique web studio will provide the customer with a user manual to use the Website CMS (Content Management System).
• Unique web studio will not be responsible for training the client in the said Website CMS (Content Management System).
• Emails Setup
• Unique web studio will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
• Unique web studio will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
• Unique web studio will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers.
